Walk-and-Talk / Coaching
Walk-and-talk/coaching combines movement, nature, and guided conversation to support personal growth, self-reflection, and goal-setting. Sessions take place outdoors in a relaxed, grounding environment, helping you connect with yourself, build clarity, and move forward with intention.
Approach
My approach to the therapeutic process blends psychotherapy, self-exploration, and skill-building within a supportive, healing relationship. I draw from modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, Parts Work, mindfulness, and nature-based practices, tailoring our work to meet each individual’s unique needs.
I believe meaningful change happens when people feel supported, understood, and empowered. In therapy, I work collaboratively with clients to explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be creating obstacles, while also identifying strengths and resources to build upon.
By integrating insight-oriented exploration with internal resourcing, my goal is to help clients develop resilience, strengthen coping skills, and foster personal growth. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can engage in self-discovery, process challenges, and move toward greater emotional well-being and fulfillment.
