Jess DeLeo - MA, LPC
I believe that healing begins with slowing down, listening inward, and developing a compassionate relationship with yourself—especially during times of uncertainty or pain. My work as a therapist centers on helping clients strengthen self-trust, deepen awareness, and feel more grounded in their own experience.
My own path into this work was shaped by a strong pull toward nature, community, and meaningful self-exploration. Through wilderness and outdoor-based therapy, I witnessed how healing unfolds when we create space to reflect, connect, and share our stories in supportive environments.
The loss of a family member became a turning point in my life, inviting me to look inward and begin trusting my own path in a deeper way. Moving through grief clarified the importance of honoring what can emerge from loss and deepened my capacity to sit with complexity, uncertainty, and change. This experience continues to inform how I show up as a therapist—with compassion, presence, and respect for each person’s unique journey.
With over 12 years of experience working in therapeutic settings, I offer a collaborative, grounded space that encourages curiosity and supports meaningful growth. Together, we work to build insight, practical tools, and a stronger sense of self so you can move through life with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence.
